CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. Our CSRs must be compassionate, organized, and have a strong ability to multi-task.  FWAEH Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) report directly to their Lead CSR.

Responsibilities

The duties of a CSR may  include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from clients
  • Check in all presenting emergent cases and provide information about our services; Obtain and input accurate client and patient information
  • Triage medical emergencies as presented to a certain level of urgency for each case 
  • Collect payments and maintain client accounts; inform clients of financial options and policies of FWAEH
  • Check out clients upon the discharge of their pets from FWAEH
  • Maintain accurate medical records for patients; process and send referral partner medical record requests
  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care as needed
  • Clean and maintain the reception area
  • Other duties as assigned by the Reception Manager and/or Lead CSR
